Transparent Solutions technician soft washing the eaves of a residential home exterior

A gentle wash that protects your finish.

Soft Washing

Soft washing is the safe way to clean a home exterior. Low pressure with the right cleaning solution lifts algae, mildew, dust, and webbing from siding, stucco, and trim without the damage that traditional high pressure washing can cause on a home.

Why customers choose us for this

Safer for stucco

Low pressure means no pitting, chipping, or driven water behind your siding.

Treats biology, not just dirt

Our soft wash mix kills algae and mildew at the source so it does not come back as fast.

Landscape safe

Plants are rinsed and protected before, during, and after.

Safety and care

  • Low pressure so no driven water gets behind stucco or siding
  • Plants rinsed before, during, and after application
  • Eco friendlier biocides than harsh chlorine only mixes when surfaces allow

FAQs

Is soft washing safe for stucco?

Yes, that is the whole point. We use low pressure specifically to avoid the pitting and chipping that high pressure washing can cause on stucco.

Is this the same as house washing?

Yes. Soft washing is what we use for homes and other delicate exterior surfaces. The terms are often used interchangeably.

How long do results last?

Because we treat the biological growth and not just the surface, you usually get noticeably longer between cleanings than with a plain pressure rinse.
