We adjust tips and pressure to the surface so we do not etch concrete or strip paint.
Stain pre treatment
Oil, rust, and biological stains are spot treated before the main pass.
Safety and care
- Plants and irrigation protected before chemicals go down
- Tip and pressure matched to the surface, no etching
- GFCI protected equipment on commercial sites
FAQs
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not with the correct tip and pressure. We use a surface cleaner for even results and never park a high pressure tip in one spot.
Can you remove oil stains?
Most oil stains lift significantly with our pre treatment. Older, deeply soaked stains may lighten rather than disappear. We set expectations before starting.
